AMNESTY FAQS

Our Amnesty trial scheme is now closed. It ran from October-September 2021, during which you helped us save 2,600 pairs of Vivo's from ending up in landfill. Following our successful ‘Amnesty’ trial – we have launched the ReVivo Take Back programme.  Send us your old Vivos in any condition, and, if possible, we'll bring them back to life, and re-sell them here on revivo.com. Any pairs that can't be repaired will be stored until we find a regenerative end-of-life solution.

Our shoe amnesty was a limited promotion to encourage customers to send their old, previously loved Vivo's back to us no matter how long ago they made their purchase, no matter what channel they bought them from. Our goal is to keep as many Vivobarefoot shoes out of landfill and to give them a new life. The amnesty did not give customers a refund on their original purchase but did give them a 20% discount code on a new pair of Vivo's or a £10 donation on their behalf to the Livebarefoot Foundation.

The 100 day trial is available only for products purchased on vivobarefoot.com. It allows customers to try Vivobarefoot footwear for 100 days from the day it's received, without any obligation.
