Our Refresh service breathes new life into dirty or tired Vivos. It includes:

• A deep clean with Micro-Fresh - made from natural ingredients, it eliminates odour and kills 99% of all bacteria.
• Replacement laces/ eyelets/ hooks if necessary
• Repair of any loose stitching.

🇪🇺 🇺🇸 EU & USA customers looking for a refresh can access our more complete Resole + Refresh service.

⚒️ There are a few models we cannot yet repair, these are: ABABA, ESC TEMPEST, STEALTH, RYDER and all ULTRA models. For a Refresh service on Kid’s styles, head over to our specialist Kids Refresh service.

1. Select REPAIR and Add To Basket. Please note repairs and care products must be purchased seperately. 
2. Check out and follow the payment instructions 
3. Follow the instructions in the shipping e-mail (this may take up to 2 days to arrive for EU customers)
4. Ship your Vivos out for repair - in busy periods repairs can take up to 6 weeks
5. We'll e-mail you to let you know when your Vivos have been fixed up and are on their way back to you
