Resole

Ideal for Vivos with well-worn soles and uppers that are still in good condition. It includes: 

• New outsoles with the same type of tread as the original (either in white, black, gum or brown)

🇬🇧 🇪🇺 The Resole only service is currently only available in the UK and EU, and does not include any cleaning of the upper material or replacement of eyelets/hooks.

⚒️ Unfortunately, there are a few models we cannot yet resole, these are: ABABA, ESC TEMPEST, STEALTH, RYDER, all ULTRA and Kids styles.

1. Select REPAIR and Add To Basket. Please note repairs and care products must be purchased seperately. 
2. Check out and follow the payment instructions 
3. Follow the instructions in the shipping e-mail (this may take up to 2 days to arrive for EU customers)
4. Ship your Vivos out for repair - in busy periods repairs can take up to 6 weeks
5. We'll e-mail you to let you know when your Vivos have been fixed up and are on their way back to you
