Keep the adventures going with our most complete repair service. This includes:

• Fitting new outsoles (with the same type of tread as the original in either white, black, gum or brown).
• A steam clean and sanitising with Micro-Fresh, made from natural ingredients, which eliminates odour and kills 99% of all bacteria.
• A thorough cleaning of bumpers and uppers
• Loose stitching repaired
• Laces, insoles, eyelets/hooks replaced as needed

⚒️ There are a few models we cannot yet repair, these are: ABABA, ESC TEMPEST, STEALTH, RYDER, all ULTRA models and all kids styles.

2. Check out and follow the payment instructions 
3. Follow the instructions in the shipping e-mail (this may take up to 2 days to arrive for EU customers)
4. Ship your Vivos out for repair - in busy periods repairs can take up to 6 weeks
5. We'll e-mail you to let you know when your Vivos have been fixed up and are on their way back to you
